This simple supper dish, is very versatile. It can be a light dish,
alternatively, it can be added to and create a perfect dinner party.
Easy to cook, and easy to carve,or served whole, this little gem
make your life a lot simpler.
There are many ways this can be served. With rice, sauté
mash, or in summer,with a simple salad and crisp white wine.
Place the Italian
supreme on a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven 170degc for 30-35 mins
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for a
few minutes before serving.
If you slice
the chicken about half way on a diagonal,
and stand it on its end (shown in the accompanying picture) it
can look very professional for presentation purposes .
A simple gravy
or sauce can be served with the chicken,
but it is perfectly fine to serve it on its own
